General terms
Terms of use
1. About the service
CVPilot provides digital tools for candidate profiles, application documents, occupation suggestions, matching and recruitment administration. The features available depend on the user role, account and any selected package.
2. Account and responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and for protecting your login details. The account must not be used for unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or privacy-infringing purposes. Suspected misuse may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
3. AI-generated content
CVs, letters, matches and other automatically generated results are tools and suggestions. Users must read and check the content before using it. CVPilot does not guarantee employment, candidate outcomes, detection of every error or that a suggestion meets every recipient's requirements.
4. Candidate matching
Participation in the candidate database is voluntary and subject to separate consent. Employers do not have unrestricted access to the database. A candidate is presented with identifying information only after actively accepting the specific advert. An application submitted by the candidate using a job code counts as active acceptance of that specific role; CVPilot may then match the profile and present the application material to the relevant employer if the candidate progresses in the selection process.
5. Orders and payment
The price, content, scope and any specific order terms are shown before a binding order is placed. Business customers and providers must confirm before ordering that the person placing the order is authorised to bind the organisation. These terms do not affect statutory consumer rights.
6. Right of withdrawal and digital delivery
If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. If you expressly request that a digital service starts during the withdrawal period, you may be required to pay for the part already provided. For digital content, the right of withdrawal can cease only when the legal requirements for express consent and acknowledgement have been met. Information applicable to the specific purchase must be shown before the order is completed.
7. Availability and changes
CVPilot is developed continuously and features may change for security, legal, operational or product reasons. Planned maintenance and unforeseen interruptions may occur. Material reductions in an ongoing paid service must be handled fairly and in accordance with mandatory law.
8. Intellectual property
Users retain the rights to material they provide. Users grant CVPilot the limited rights needed to process that material and deliver the selected features. CVPilot's software, brand, design and own material must not be copied or used outside normal use of the service without permission.
9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. Candidate matching is described separately on the Candidate database page.
10. Liability and disputes
CVPilot is liable in accordance with mandatory Swedish law. Otherwise, CVPilot is not liable for indirect loss, failure to obtain employment or unsuccessful recruitment resulting from the use of suggestions, matches or user content without reasonable checks. Swedish law applies. Consumers may also refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) where it has jurisdiction.
